Responsibilities

• 最新の戦闘機用エンジンの整備事業において、効率的/安定的/競争力のある定期整備事業の確立に従事することで、ものづくりに関するグローバル・スタンダードな知識・経験を習得可能です。
• 当社に駐在するアメリカの海外エンジンメーカー等と日々調整の機会や海外出張の機会があり、グローバルなビジネスに従事することができます。
• 駐在するアメリカの海外エンジンメーカー及び当社工場の作業者や技術員等と調整し、TATの最小化に向けたプロジェクトの取りまとめ役として、プロジェクトマネジメントのスキルを身に着けることができます。
• 海外との接触が多いこともあって，非常にリベラルな職場環境で業務ができます。

Requirements

必須条件：

• ビジネスレベルの英会話能力
• 歩留まり・効率向上等に向けた工程改善業務や提案の経験（開発/生産/施工/サプライチェーン等、工程の種類や文理は不問）
• 論理的思考力、課題設定力、関係構築力
