Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 市場コンダクトリスク管理業務（リスク評価、品質評価、管理体制高度化に資する企画立案）
• AIを活用した新たな市場取引サベイランス態勢の構築、データガバナンス態勢構築、システム開発の推進
• 米国・ロンドン・香港など海外拠点との連携・協働を通じて、グローバルな市場コンプライアンス態勢の構築
• 市場規制や当局動向に関する調査・分析

Requirements

必須要件：

• 銀行、信託、証券等の金融機関で、市場業務（セールス、トレーダー、ディーラー、ALM、企画等）を3年以上経験

歓迎要件：

• コンプライアンス業務経験（市場以外も可）
• 企画関連部署での業務経験
• システム開発に係わるプロジェクト管理の業務経験
