同グループ全体の市場コンプライアンス態勢強化、維持・向上に取り組んでいます。
外国為替や金利等の市場取引を行う上では公正・誠実さが求められ、また市場規制の遵守が求められます。
これらの達成に向けて、お客さまや同グループのビジネス、同局基準の変化に応じた市場コンプライアンス態勢を我々と共に進化させる事が出来る方を求めています。

■業務内容

• 企画総務業務全般（会議体運営、資料作成、予算管理・経費処理業務、関係者との折衝等）
• 市場コンプライアンス管理態勢に関する方針・手続き策定・定着化の支援
• 市場コンプライアンス管理の運営支援（各種評価、研修、関係部への助言、テスティング等）
• 市場コンプライアンス領域のシステム開発の企画・プロジェクト管理業務の支援

Requirements

■必須

• 銀行、信託、証券等の金融機関で、市場業務（セールス、トレーダー、ディーラー、ALM、企画等）を3年以上経験

■歓迎

• コンプライアンス業務経験（市場以外も可）
• 企画関連部署での業務経験
• システム開発に係わるプロジェクト管理の業務経験
