Responsibilities

• グループのコーポレート部門における採用・人財育成・異動・評価・昇格のオペレーション
• 海外現地法人のコーポレート部門も含めた、コーポレート人財のタレントマネジメント
• 組織エンゲージメント強化施策の推進

Requirements

必須条件:

• ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEIC730点以上）
• 多様なステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション能力・調整力
• エクセルでの数値分析、PPTでの資料作成・プレゼンテーション
• 新しい領域へのチャレンジを前向きに捉えられる方

歓迎条件:

• 人事制度企画やタレントマネジメントのご経験
• 人事制度（評価・昇格・異動）の設計や運営に携わったご経験
• 個人情報や機密情報を扱った業務経験
• 人事や組織風土の課題を自ら分析し、施策立案・実行した経験
