Responsibilities

インターナルコミュニケーション担当者として、下記業務を担当いただきます:

• まずは既存の案件にサポートとして入っていただきながら、徐々に案件を取りまとめていただくことを想定しております。
• インターナルコミュニケーション施策の企画・立案
• 国内外関係部署と連携し、発信テーマの収集・整理、ニュース・特集記事・トップメッセージ等の企画・原稿作成・編集・掲載依頼
• 海外拠点のコミュニケーション担当者との連携・情報共有
• 従業員の反応や組織課題の収集とマネジメントへのフィードバック
• グループアイデンティティの浸透施策の企画推進および実行サポート

Requirements

• ビジネスレベルの英語力(TOEIC(R)800以上/海外拠点と日常的にメール・会議等で使用)

以下いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方:

• 事業会社の広報や、広告代理店・PR会社等でコミュニケーション業務の経験(目安として5年以上)
• もしくは社内の組織醸成や、エンゲージメント向上を目的とした企画経験をお持ちの方

• インターナルコミュニケーションのご経験をお持ちの方
