Responsibilities

【コネクタ世界シェアトップレベル／平均勤続年数14.2年／離職率4.3％／年間休日129～131日（土日祝休み）の優良メーカー】
■業務内容：

• Japan／ASEANリージョンにおける自動車業界向け電子部品製造、主にコネクターの端子における、Stamping技術に関連するPress機、Press用金型、周辺機器の開発業務全般。
• 関連部門と連携しながら最適な製造工程を提案し、生産開始までの生産工程開発業務全般。

■具体的には：

• 新製品開発案件で、Press用金型及び周辺機器の提案、見積り
• Press用金型、周辺機器の新規立ち上げ及び工場への設置
• 顧客開発イベント用のサンプル作成及び品質確認
• 既存製品に対するコスト低減活動
• 将来に対するStamping技術の立案、先行開発
• 海外拠点との技術交流

■働き方について：

• 出張頻度：10～25％
• 出張場所：中国・フィリピン、国内の協力会社様
• 残業時間：30時間程度

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 新製品開発向けでPress用金型の仕様作成、金型開発業務の経験をお持ちの方
• 社内、社外のコスト及び投資分析が出来る方（海外とのやり取りの経験をお持ちなら尚可）
• サプライヤー管理の経験をお持ちの方
• PCスキル（Microsoft Office〔Excel、Word、Power Point〕必須、AutoCAD）
