Responsibilities

業務概要:

• 企業の販促課題に対して、ポイント×広告×データを組み合わせた施策設計を行う企画職です。
• 企業の課題整理から施策企画、PoCの推進、効果検証、モデル化までを一気通貫で担当し、成果が再現できる販促モデルの構築を目指します。

業務詳細: 企業の販促課題の整理・構造化

• 事業フェーズ・顧客構造・課題に基づき、必要な施策要素を明確化

ポイント×広告×データを組み合わせた施策の企画設計

• ファネル別の戦略設計、必要なデータ・媒体・ポイント施策の企画

PoC（施策実証）の計画立案・推進

• KPI設定、検証要件整理、実施スケジュール管理

効果検証および販促モデル化

• 結果の振り返り、改善点の構造化、再現可能なモデルとして整理

Requirements

必須条件:

• 社会人経験8年以上
• 販促企画・施策設計に関する実務経験
• クライアントの課題整理・提案業務の経験
• プロジェクト推進の経験

歓迎条件:

• ポイント施策・ロイヤリティプログラムに関わった経験
• デジタル広告のプランニング経験
• CRM施策の企画経験
