日本におけるeコマースビジネスの管理と戦略的開発をリードしていただきます。
主に、コンタクトレンズおよびコンタクトレンズケアのポートフォリオ、価格設定およびチャネル管理に焦点を当てています。
このポジションは、マーケティング責任者、営業責任者、サプライオペレーション、およびキーカウントチームと密に連携し、
eコマースチャネルの長期戦略を定義、開発、および実施します。
また、ビジョンケアジャパンチャネル戦略の差別化をサポートおよびブランド目標に一致した顧客固有の戦略の開発もお任せします。

■Key Responsibilities: 
  • Achieve or exceed annual sales and profit objectives through effective management and development of assigned accounts and programs.
  •  Develop, create, and execute channel- and customer-specific digital creative initiatives in consultation with the Marketing team.
  •  Analyze eCommerce channel data to maximize ROI and identify future growth opportunities.
  •  Develop, coordinate, and execute channel business plans aligned with brand strategy to ensure optimal distribution and profitable promotional activities across all assigned accounts.
  •  Formulate pricing strategies, including contract management by customer.
  •  Build, maintain, and expand relationships with all Japan eCommerce retailers and key stakeholders.
  •  Conduct business reviews with eCommerce accounts to assess category performance, review key KPIs, and determine strategic adjustments moving forward.
  •  Track monthly performance against agreed KPIs.
  •  Manage multi-level engagement within the company, leveraging appropriate internal resources (e.g., Country Franchise Head, Marketing, Professional Affairs, Sales Managers, and Business Development Managers) to ensure a coordinated approach to the channel

Requirements

  • 5年以上の日本のeコマースチャネルアカウント管理での経験
  • 3年以上のキーカウントセールスマネジメントの経験
  • 3年以上の人材管理経験
  • ヘルスケアを含むチャネルでの以前の販売経験
  • グロスからネットまでのビジネスケース正当化を実行する能力
  • Microsoft Office Suite(特にExcelとPowerPoint)の熟練した戦略的および分析スキル
  • ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
