Company overview

We are engaged in the research, development and provision of medical technologies in Japan. In particular, we focus on the development of innovative therapies and provide advanced technologies related to cancer treatment. We use a new therapeutic approach called photoimmunotherapy to target cancer cells for effective treatment. This technology combines light and drugs to selectively destroy cancer cells. In research and development, we are strengthening our collaboration with specialized institutions and universities in Japan and overseas to conduct clinical trials and commercialize the technology. Responsibilities

医療機器の設計開発において、デザイントランスファー（開発された製品をCMOへ移管する技術移管活動）を主導できるエンジニアを募集します。 本ポジションでは、リスク分析に基づくリライアビリティ設計および設計検証をリードし、製品の品質と信頼性を確保しながら、製造委託先へのスムーズな移管を推進していただきます。 また、ヨーロッパの開発拠点のチームとグローバルに協働し、プロジェクトを推進するとともに、市場で発生した不具合の分析と開発へのフィードバックを通じて、製品の継続的な改善にも貢献していただきます。〈具体的には〉

• デザイントランスファーの主導
• リスク分析結果に基づくリライアビリティ設計および設計検証の計画・実行
• 医療機器品質管理システムに必要なプロセス文書（特に設計・開発分野）の作成、レビュー、維持管理
• グローバル多職種チームと連携し、ユーザー/製品要件、リスク分析、検証・妥当性確認を推進
• 医療機器に対する信頼性試験（ストレステスト、保存期間試験、輸送試験、環境試験など）の実施
• 医療機器の設計検証試験の実施
• 製造委託業者との技術的コミュニケーションおよび工程設計への関与
• 苦情・不具合製品の分析調査および改善提案

Requirements

必須条件:ライフサイエンスまたは工学など関連分野の学士号以上をお持ちの方で以下のご経験をお持ちの方

• デザイントランスファーの実務経験、またはそれに準ずる技術移管経験
• 医療機器エンジニアリングスキル（設計・開発、技術文書作成、製品取り扱い、根本原因分析、データ分析、リスク管理）
• ISO 13485および厚生労働省告示第169号に関する知識
• ISO 14971および関連するISO/IEC規格に関する知識
• 生産技術（製造プロセス、工程管理）の経験
