Responsibilities

EC物流サービス内での管理会計業務を担当します。

• 事業予算の策定
• 固定資産の管理
• 予算対実績の分析および変動要因の分析
• 分析結果に基づく改善策の提案と実施
• KPIの管理（BIツールを使用）

チーム内では、内部統制および子会社管理業務も担当しています。将来的には、マネージャーとしてチーム全体の業務を幅広く経験し、管理責任を担うことを期待しています。

Requirements

必須条件:

• 管理会計の実務経験が3年以上
• 固定資産およびリース契約に関連する会計および財務の実務経験
• ビジネスレベルのOAスキル（メール、Excel関数など）
• 日本簿記検定2級（簿記2級）相当の知識

歓迎条件:

• 物流倉庫業務の経験
• 事業資産の取得から管理、廃棄までの全資産ライフサイクルの実務経験
• 定量データ分析の経験（SQLを使用してデータを抽出および分析する能力）
• 公認会計士（CPA）または税理士（CTA）の資格
• プロジェクト管理の経験
