Responsibilities

• UI／UX戦略と設計
  • ユーザーリサーチ、データ分析に基づいたUX課題の特定と改善提案
  • ユーザーフロー、ワイヤーフレーム、プロトタイピングによるUI／UX設計
  • Figmaなどを活用したユーザーテストや検証可能なプロトタイプの作成
  • 機能改善、新機能開発におけるUI／UXザイン全般
• Webサイト・アプリのデザイン制作
  • ゴルフ場予約サービス、ECサイト、レッスン予約、会員向けサービスなどのWebサイト・アプリのUIデザイン
  • キャンペーンページ、特集ページ、ランディングページのデザイン制作
  • バナー、メールマガジンなどの各種プロモーション素材のデザイン制作
  • ブランドガイドラインに沿った、高品質で一貫性のあるビジュアルデザインの実現
• デザイン品質管理と改善
  • デザインシステムの運用・改善を通じて、デザインの一貫性と効率性を担保
  • 既存ページの定期的なUI／UX改善提案と実施
  • デザインガイドラインの策定・更新
  • デザインレビューを通じた品質管理
• コーディング・実装連携
  • HTML、CSS、JavaScriptを用いたフロントエンドの実装（または実装チームとの密接な連携）
• その他
  • ・AIなどの最新技術を活用した制作業務の効率化・品質向上への取り組み
  • ・印刷物（ポスター、チラシなど）、ロゴ、アイコン等のグラフィックデザイン
  • ・制作メンバーの進捗管理、育成（マネジメント経験をお持ちの場合）

Requirements

必須条件：

• UI／UX設計の実務経験
• Webデザイン制作実務経験5年以上
• 運用も含めた設計提案ができる方
• Photoshop、Illustratorなどの制作ツール使用経験
