Responsibilities

• 高級ホテルや旅館の戦略的パートナーとして、自社Webサイトを通じた集客や、自社Webサイトへの新規出店に関するコンサルティングサービスを提供します。
• 様々な数値分析やWebマーケティングのノウハウを駆使し、自社Webサイトが提案するツールを活用して売上向上を図ります。
• 「顧客の現状把握」「現状分析」「課題特定」そして「目標、指標、手法、結果の共有」というサイクルで業務を進めます。戦略的パートナーとして目標を共有し、達成のための戦略を策定します。
• Webマーケティングのノウハウ、数値分析、そして様々なツールを提供し、売上向上を支援します。

Requirements

必須条件：

• ホテル業界でのレベニューマネジメントまたはマーケティング経験
• 旅行業およびOTA（オンライン旅行代理店）業界でのビジネス経験
• 3～5名程度のチームリーダー経験
• 5～10名程度のマネジメント経験
• Webメディアの営業経験
• 英語での会話（日常会話レベル、ビジネスレベル）
• Microsoft PowerPointおよびExcelの使用経験
