Responsibilities

【Warehouse Manager】として、自社運営の倉庫オペレーションにてリーダーシップを発揮していただきます。
キーとなる責任領域は、物量に応じたMH配分の決定、
個人レベルの生産性管理、現場レベルの小規模―中規模カイゼン活動の計画＆実施です。
入社直後3ヶ月は、実オペレーションでプロセス全体をデスクトップ＋肌感覚でも学ぶ機会を設定します。
その後オペレーション責任者として、現場担当者5〜15人の管理（個人レベルの生産性モニター、デイリー業務でのMH配分）、
その他オペレーション関連プロジェクトの実行者としてパフォーマンスを発揮していただきます。

■Responsibilities

•  Safety and Compliance:
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with the local regulations.
  • Conduct safety training and maintain documentation.
  • Promote a culture of safety awareness.
• Operational Excellence:
  •  Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and administrative tasks.
  •  Optimize workflows to achieve productivity targets and minimize errors.
  •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless processes.
•  Team Leadership:
  •  Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates, supervisors, and administrative staff.
  •  Assign tasks, provide training, and evaluate performance.
  •  Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and accountability.
•  Performance Metrics:
  •  Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, and inventory turnover.
  •  Implement process improvements based on data-driven insights.
  •  Prepare regular reports for senior management.
•  Vendor Relations:
  •  Collaborate with transportation providers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
  •  Optimize transportation logistics to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
•  Customer Service:
  •  Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  •  Resolve any issues related to order fulfillment or delivery.
  •  Strive for exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements

■必須

• 5年以上の配送管理の実務経験
• 3年以上の人員管理またはプロジェクト管理の経験
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
• ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
• 多様な国際環境での勤務意欲。

■歓迎

• 化学物質の取り扱いに関する経験
• Power BI、Power Query、およびマクロの自己編集および自己コーディングの経験
• 化学、経営学などの関連分野の学士号
