Responsibilities

• 中期的な生産戦略の立案（拠点の統廃合、製品の拠点間移管、サプライヤーとの協業など）
• 生産戦略の各施策推進

Requirements

• 海外工場の需給戦略や生産戦略を立案、実行された経験

歓迎条件:

• 工場での人事、労務、経理などの基本的な知識をお持ちの方
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
• サプライヤーの撤退案件やBCP対応の経験のある方
• 現地工場などに駐在経験のある方
• プロジェクトマネジメント経験の豊富な方
