Responsibilities

• 戦略を踏まえた育成戦略の立案・実行の推進リード
• 研修体系の構築・運用（主に、階層別研修・育成制度関連・E-Learning領域など）
• Microsoft Power Platformなどを活用したチーム内のデジタル化推進、業務効率化、コスト削減
• 各オペレーションフローの再構築
• 担当チームの組織マネジメントと人材育成

Requirements

必須条件:

• 大規模研修・育成施策／制度関連の企画・運営・効果測定の一連のプロセス経験
• ビジネス部門との連携経験
• データ分析やダッシュボード作成の経験
• チームマネジメント（5名以上）の経験

• コンサルティングファームやプロフェッショナルサービス業界での人材育成経験
• グローバル環境での業務経験
• Microsoft Power Platform、デジタルツール等を活用した業務効率化の経験
• 新しい育成手法やテクノロジーの積極的な活用
