Responsibilities

• 技術的な判断や、技術イニシアティブの促進及びシステムオペレーションの監視もご担当いただきます。
• 既存のシステムを把握し、チームメンバーとともに既存システムを維持および新規のシステム開発やシステム改善をリードしていただきます。
• チームメンバーに対するアーキテクチャレベルやコードレベルのフィードバックも期待値の一つとなります。
• プロダクトマネージャーと連携し開発のクオリティーや期日、スコープなどの調整を行いプロジェクトを成功に導く役割もあり、将来的には多国籍メンバーが所属するチームをリードしていただきます。

Requirements

• 5年以上のソフトウェア開発経験（設計からリリースまでの運用を含む）
• スケジュール管理、他のチームとの調整を行うことができるコミュニケーションスキル
• 明確なプロセス構築しながら開発や運用チームをリードした経験
• 継続して（３年程）システムの改善やバージョンアップに従事した経験
• RDBMSに関する知識
• Redis、Kafka、k8sに関する知識
• RESTful APIの実装と維持に関する知識
• 高可用性の実装と維持に関する知識

語学 ：

• 英語：中級
• TOEIC ：800
