Responsibilities

先端半導体、高速通信などの有望市場に対する材料を開発する部署において、市場調査や競合分析を行い、新たなビジネスチャンスを探求しながら以下実務を推進するスタッフとして活躍いただきます。

• 新規用途開発のテーマ策定および市場投入プロセスのプロジェクトマネジメント
• マーケティングを基盤としたイノベーション戦略の立案と推進
• 特許網構築を伴う競争力の高い製品開発
• 現場マネジメントおよび部下への技術指導

Requirements

必須条件:

• 製造業での量産移管まで含めた開発実務経験（7年以上）
• 製品アピールの戦略立案を自律的に実行した経験
• 製品競争力を高める特許戦略を立案し、特許網構築の経験
• 製造業の開発系職場での現場管理経験
• TOEIC(R)700点以上：海外のお客様・拠点との議論および交流を行っており、英語での資料作成および技術内容の説明ができる方、業務で英語を日常的に使用した経験がある方など、実務レベルでの英語コミュニケーションに苦手意識が無い方。
