They develops, Manufactures, and sells a wide range of heavy, medium and light-duty trucks, operating in more than 60 countries across all continents. Thier trucks and people go the extra mile for the customers and business partners, day in and day out.

Responsibilities

• 各設計部が作成した部品のCADデータを組み合わせ、トラック全体の3Dデータを構築します。
• 完成データを評価し、設計検討に耐えうる品質かを確認。
• 不足があれば担当部品設計をフォローし、品質改善を推進します。
• 3～4か月単位で開発ループを回し、キックオフから計画展開、進捗管理までをリード。
• 複数部門との調整やマイルストーン設定を行い、PDCAを実践します。
• 手を動かす場面もありますが、主な役割はリーダーとして品質向上を牽引すること。
• チームは日本人中心で、派遣含め16名規模。
• 日本語での円滑なコミュニケーションが必須です。
• 英語はメール対応が中心で、グローバル案件にも関与します。

Requirements

必須条件:

• 自動車関連の設計経験
• 3D CAD操作スキル（3年以上）
• 日本語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力
• 英語でのメール対応能力（Intermediateレベル）

• 複数部門との調整・マネジメント経験
• デジタルツール、AI活用の素養
