Responsibilities

【日本を代表する半導体製造装置メーカー／世界売上シェアTOPクラス／日本企業時価総額ランキングTOP10／柔軟な働き方（在宅・フレックス）を推進／中途入社者多数活躍】
■業務内容：当面はG1Pプロジェクトのアジア，ヨーロッパ現地法人のITプロジェクトマネージャーとして，以下の業務を担っていただきます。＜G1Pプロジェクト＞主業務（80%）

• アジア，ヨーロッパ現地法人のプロジェクトマネジメント
• 計画策定，進捗・課題・変更管理（関係者との調整含む）
• マネジメント層への各種報告

＜プロジェクト管理（開発・保守移管）手法の標準化＞副業務（20%）

• 上記G1Pプロジェクトを通じたプロジェクト管理（開発・保守移管）手法の標準化支援
• グローバル体制の確立の支援
• 国内，グローバル水平展開の支援

• この全社的な取り組みにPMOとして参画することにより本社、現法、工場の多くのキーメンバと関わりながら、次世代のDX、IT基盤の導入推進に携わることができる

■採用部門が社内で担う機能とミッション：

• ITプロジェクトに、PMOとして参画し、その円滑な推進を支援する。
• 特にSAPロールアウトプロジェクトの現法展開中心に支援を行う。
• ITプロジェクト管理手法の標準化及び、それに基づく統制の仕組みを構築する。

Requirements

●必要業務経験 ■必須条件：

• ITプロジェクトにおけるシステム開発またはPMOの経験

■歓迎条件：

• 海外とのグローバルプロジェクトの経験（2年～）
