Responsibilities

同社グループのM&A・出資・事業再編案件において、PMOとして案件全体の推進を担います。 海外案件対応も想定され、英語環境での業務も発生します。

• M&A・出資・事業再編案件における PMO業務全般
• 戦略整合性の確認、事業性評価、バリュエーション、リスク分析
• 意思決定機関への上程資料作成・説明
• 財務・税務・法務など各種DDの論点整理・対応策立案
• 契約交渉の統括、クロージングまでの案件推進
• 社内外関係者（経営層/事業部門/外部アドバイザー等）との調整・リード
• 海外案件における英語でのコミュニケーション・交渉対応

Requirements

応募条件:いずれかの条件を満たす方

• M&Aまたは事業投資の実務経験（3年以上）
• 財務モデリング、バリュエーション実務能力
• 各種DD（財務・税務・法務等）の論点整理／対応策立案経験
• TOEIC850点以上または同等の英語力（海外案件対応可能レベル）

歓迎要件:

• 税務・会計・会社法に関する基本的知識と、実務への適用経験
• カーブアウト、JV設立、PMI等の複雑案件経験
• 海外案件推進経験
• 社内外を巻き込むリーダーシップ
