Responsibilities

視機能評価機の製造販売を行う研究開発型ベンチャー企業である同社にて、品質保証部門における課長職を募集します。品質保証・サポートサービス部門のマネジメントおよび業務推進を担っていただきます。具体的な業務内容:【同社が開発・製造する視機能評価機等の品質保証・サポートサービス業務全般の統括、および部門メンバーのマネジメント】

• 品質保証部門（課）のマネジメント（担当者4名の指導・育成・評価）
• 品質保証業務の全体統括（品質管理体制の構築・運用、業務プロセス改善）
• 製品の品質問題発生時の原因究明・是正措置の主導
• サポートサービス拠点への技術支援・指導
• 品質管理に関するドキュメント作成・承認
• 社内外関係部門との調整・折衝
• 医療機器規制（国内外）への対応、認証取得支援
• IPO準備に伴う品質保証体制強化の推進
• 部門KPI・目標設定、進捗管理
• 経営層へのレポーティング

※非定常で週1～3回程度の出張が発生します。（外部への常駐作業等は発生しません。）

Requirements

必須条件:

• 工学系（情報・電気・電子・機械等）出身（高専卒以上）
• 医療機器または電気系メーカーでの品質保証業務経験
• 品質保証部門でのマネジメント経験（リーダー・課長等）
• 基本的なPCスキル

歓迎条件:

• 医療機器の薬機法、ISO13485等の知識・実務経験
• グローバル展開企業での品質保証経験
• IPO準備企業での業務経験
