Responsibilities

• プロセス条件と技術を確立し、改善する。
• プロセス能力をアップグレードし、生産コストを削減する。
• プロセス管理プロジェクトを確立し、変更する。
• さまざまな半導体装置のプロセスパラメータを設定する。
• 新しい装置／材料の評価、推進、および計画。
• 異常分析と改善。
