Responsibilities

• 自動運転やADAS領域におけるAIアルゴリズム開発とシステム設計をリードしていただきます。特に、OutCar接続サービスに関する機能開発や評価を担当し、車載機器と外部サービスを連携させる仕組みを構築します。SDM手法を用いたアーキテクチャ設計、センサーデータ解析、シミュレーション評価など、要件定義から量産対応まで幅広く関わり、顧客折衝やプロジェクト推進も担うポジションです。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 車載システム開発または組込み開発の豊富な実務経験
• AIアルゴリズム設計・評価の経験
• SDM（システムデザインマネジメント）手法またはシステム設計の知識
• 顧客折衝やプロジェクト推進の経験

歓迎条件：

• ADAS・自動運転関連の開発リーダー経験
• 海外拠点との協業経験
• モデルベース開発（MBD）経験
• 英語でのコミュニケーションスキル
