Responsibilities

• 自動運転・ADAS領域におけるシステム設計・AIアルゴリズム開発をリードしていただきます。SDM手法を活用し、要件定義からアーキテクチャ設計、センサーデータ解析、モデル評価まで幅広く担当。IVIやUX改善にも関わり、顧客との技術折衝やプロジェクト推進を担うポジションです。豊富な経験を活かし、次世代モビリティの実現に向けた中核メンバーとして活躍できます。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 車載システム開発または組込み開発の実務経験
• AIアルゴリズム設計・評価の経験
• SDM手法またはシステム設計の知識
• 顧客折衝やプロジェクト推進の経験

歓迎条件：

• ADAS・自動運転関連の開発リーダー経験
• 海外拠点との協業経験
• モデルベース開発（MBD）経験
• 英語でのコミュニケーションスキル
