Responsibilities

• R&D活動のスケジュールと予算策定・管理
• マイルストーンに向けた進捗管理と課題解決（デイリーミーティング、タスクフォース主導）
• 他部門との連携（調達・製造など）によるデザインレビュー実施
• 顧客折衝と技術要望の社内展開
• チームマネジメント
• システムアーキテクチャ設計・標準化
• システム要件を各専門分野（ソフト、ハード、メカ等）へ適切に展開

Requirements

必須条件

• システム開発プロジェクトの経験とチームマネジメント経験（10年以上）
• ASPICEに精通していること
• システムアーキテクトの経験
• 日本語と英語：ビジネス上級レベル
• 自動車業界での経験

歓迎経験

• ADAS領域の知見と経験
