Responsibilities

• プロセス条件と技術の確立・改善
• プロセス能力の向上と生産コストの削減
• プロセス管理プロジェクトの確立と修正
• 各種半導体装置のプロセスパラメータ設定
• 新規装置／材料の評価、導入促進、計画立案
• 異常分析と改善

Requirements

必須条件：下記いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方

• 複数の半導体プロセス開発に関する業務経験
• プロセスインテグレーションに関する実務経験
• ※前工程、後工程、実装工程などの経験工程は問わない
