Responsibilities

• 熱間圧延設備などライン後流における脱炭素化に向けた研究開発を進めています。熱源(電気,水素など)や加熱方式種別によるエネルギ効率、CO2発生量など、製鉄ラインにおけるエネルギ収支に基づく熱システム設計に関する研究開発を進めて頂きます。また、新たなアイディアに対してPoC(Proof of Concept)なども行って頂きます。総合研究所の関連研究室や設計部門、ビジネスパートナーと連携して進めて頂き、将来的には上記全般の取りまとめを期待しております。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 伝熱工学・熱力学に関する基礎知識をお持ちの方
• 研究開発に対して主体的に取り組む向上心/探求心/粘り強さ
• 熱システムに関わる研究・設計のご経験（対象製品は不問）

歓迎条件：

• 社内外関係者と円滑に業務を遂行できるコミュニケーション力
• 大学・大学院での伝熱工学・熱力学分野の研究経験
• メーカーでの熱システムのハードウェアやソフトウェアの開発経験
• 熱システムに関連した機械学習やデータ分析の実務経験
• 学会等での論文発表経験
