Responsibilities

• 課横断でお任せする業務
  • -投資家面談対応、投資家Q&A作成・監修
  • -財務分析、企業価値分析
• Global Investor Engagementの主な業務
  • ‐グローバルIR活動の推進、投資家ターゲティング・アプローチ戦略の企画・推進
  • -株主・投資家との対話を通じた資本市場フィードバックの収集
  • -投資家向け説明会（決算説明会、個別ミーティング/イベント等）の企画・運営
• Executive Engagement Strategyの主な業務
  • ‐(投資家ターゲティングが収集した株主・投資家からのFB)をもとに、経営層への効果的な提案
  • ‐財務・事業戦略に関する社内関係部門との連携(メッセージング観点)
  • ‐統合報告書、Investor Day、各種CEOメッセージなどの企画・監修
• Disclosure & Analysisの主な業務
  • -本社ファイナンス部署との連携
  • -IR資料(決算開示資料)の監修

Requirements

必須条件：

• 下記いずれかにおいて3年以上の経験をお持ちの方。
  • 事業会社のファイナンス部門、もしく金融機関や投資機関での事業会社分析
  • 経営企画、事業企画部門における業務経験、幹部対応経験
  • IRの実務経験
• TOEIC(R)テスト800点以上の語学力（社内外の打ち合わせ参加、英語資料作成が可能なレベル）
