Responsibilities

風力発電所の開発責任者として開発サイトの選定から工事着工に至るまでの全体工程の策定、推進、進捗管理を担当いただきます。具体的には:

• 事業全体の開発計画策定・スケジュール進捗管理・開発予算の管理
• 事業用地の調査・交渉・契約、行政機関との折衝（各種許認可、申請、取得）
• 事業性評価
• EPC業者選定、建設工事管理など
• ファイナンス対応など

Requirements

必須条件:

• 風力発電の開発プロジェクトマネジメント経験
• PCスキル（Microsoft officeソフト）
• 普通自動車免許をお持ちの方

歓迎条件:

• 再生可能エネルギー分野、インフラ分野での開発プロジェクトマネジメント経験
