Responsibilities

• アサインされた業務における課題解決までの実行支援。具体的には以下の通り
• 課題現状分析、真因特定、再発防止策の提案、策定（実際にプロセスを作成する、立ち上げフェーズは手を動かして現場に引継ぎを行うケースもございます。）
• 品質管理項目、基準の策定（KPI）
• 現場の進捗管理、リスク管理
• 上記プロジェクトの役員への進捗報告
• 具体的なプロジェクト事例
• モバイル部材（B2B）の配送品質改善
• 株主優待のSIM提供に関わる品質管理
• 国際ローミングの申請プロセス改善

Requirements

必須条件：

• 品質改善、もしくは何らかの改善業務経験3年以上
• TOEIC（R）テストスコア800点相当以上の英語力
• ネイティブレベルの日本語力

歓迎条件：

• ？多国籍環境における業務、およびミーティングファシリテーションスキル
• 部門横断的な環境におけるプレゼンテーション／コミニュケーションスキル
• プロジェクトマネジメント、またはプログラムマネジメントスキル
• チームマネジメントスキル
