Responsibilities

ユーザーの獲得を通じてシステムの更なる発展を目指しています。以下の目的を達成する新組織の人員増強を行います。【ユーザーの獲得】コマース＆マーケティングカンパニーの事業をフックに、各事業と連携したユーザーの獲得推進。【コマース＆マーケティングカンパニーの成長】コマース＆マーケティングカンパニーから同社へ送客するだけではなく、ユーザーをコマース＆マーケティングカンパニーへ還流させる持続可能な成長を達成するためのマーケティング戦略の策定と実施。【ベストプラクティス】成功・失敗事例をコマース＆マーケティングカンパニー内で横展開できる仕組み構築や実行。具体的には:【コマース＆マーケティングカンパニーの各事業との連携】各事業と協力し、効果的なユーザーの獲得施策を策定・実行します。【データ活用】システム内のユーザーデータを分析・活用し、効果的な施策を企画します。【企画立案】市場動向や競合分析、各事業特性に基づいたユーザー獲得のための企画を立案します。また、ユーザーを各事業へクロスユースさせるための企画も立案します。

Requirements

必須条件:

• 社会人経験2年以上
• BIツールによる構築経験（Domoなど）
• SQLスキル
• PowerPoint、Excelスキル

歓迎条件:

• 大きいデータ量を扱った経験
• マーケティング経験
