Responsibilities

• 次期戦闘機開発事業における製造管理

【詳細】

• 新規製品 / 開発品の量産準備・立ち上げ
• 量産準備のための工程・設備・レイアウト検討
• 製造工程の設定、工程管理、工程改善、最適化
• 製造工程における、リスク管理および改善活動
• 設備や治具の仕様検討、検査・配置、維持管理
• 製品や設備の不具合に係る改善活動・是正措置
• QC手法を用いた、工数低減および不良率低減
• 予防的メンテナンス、作業記録の電子化、DX
• PLM / MES 実装後の業務支援
• 社内他部門や社外工程委託先との協議・調整

Requirements

• 航空/宇宙領域で製造管理のご経験をお持ちの方
• ビジネス英語の使用経験もしくは準ずる英語力（TOEIC800点以上）
