Responsibilities

• 精密モールド金型設計および射出成形機周辺装置の開発
• 試作、量産設備の設計・立ち上げ、不具合分析と改善
• 工程見積やデザインレビューへの参画
• 新規製造工程の提案と確立、次世代製品に向けた技術開発
• 設備・プロセスの改善によるコスト・品質向上
• 海外姉妹会社との技術交流、協力会社への技術指導

Requirements

必須条件：

• コネクタ部品（新製品）射出成形モールド金型設計の実務経験8年以上
• 製造設備開発/設計業務の実務経験8年以上
• LCP材料使用経験3年以上、CAD経験（8年以上）
• 英語-中級程度（英語でのコミュニケーションができる方歓迎）TOEIC(R)500点
