Responsibilities

• グローバル物流（主に中国→各展開国）における最適なサプライチェーン戦略の設計と実行
• 国内外のグループ関連部署、子会社やフランチャイジーなどステークホルダーとの調整、業務設計
• サプライチェーンの拠点となる中国広州のグループ会社における調達業務から各展開地域までのサプライチェーン業務の総合的な改善
• 各国の輸出入規制、通関対応、関税最適化対応
• 移転価格税制に関するポリシー設計、文書化、会計・税務上の戦略立案
• ロジスティクスパートナーおよび製造業者との契約交渉・パフォーマンス評価
• グローバル在庫管理・予測・KPI管理
• 財務、法務、税務、現地法人マネジメントと連携したオペレーション体制の強化
• ERP/SCMシステム導入または改善（該当する場合）

Requirements

必須条件：

• 国際物流またはグローバルサプライチェーンにおける実務経験（目安5年以上）
• クロスボーダーのプロジェクトマネジメント経験
• 中国での製造から中国国外への輸出にかかわる業務経験

歓迎条件：

• 中国国内におけるサプライチェーン実務経験
• 製造工場との交渉の経験
• 移転価格税制の実務対応経験（税務調査対応含む）
• グローバル企業におけるSCMシステム導入・運用経験
