Responsibilities

同社グループの成長を支えるエンジニア採用において、多岐にわたる業務をお任せします。グローバルな環境で、効率的かつ質の高い採用プロセスを構築・運用し、候補者体験の向上に貢献していただきます。

• 求職者や人材紹介会社との連絡
• 面接の調整
• 採用プロセスの管理
• 入社手続きの準備
• 海外社員向けの準備（ビザなど）
• 採用イベントやセミナーのサポート
• オフショアスタッフや派遣スタッフのマネジメント
• 採用データの分析
• AIや自動化の推進
• 上記の仕組みの構築と運用

Requirements

必須条件:

• 営業事務、秘書、グループアシスタントなど、スピードと正確性が求められる環境での実務経験（2年以上）
• ビジネスレベルのPCスキル（Microsoft Office等）

歓迎条件:

• 採用オペレーション全般の実務経験
• リクルーター経験（新卒・中途問わず）
• 年間300名以上の採用実績がある組織での経験
• 採用オペレーションにおける中長期戦略立案、システム開発、システム移行経験
