Responsibilities

• Workforce Planning：中長期的のビジネスプランを達成するために、適切な人材を社内外で確保するための戦略、運用モデルの新規企画
• Global Skills Programme：グローバルと連携したSkill型人材マネジメントの企画・運用
• Talent acquisition Planning：グループ横断での採用改善施策の企画・実施
• Internal Mobility Planning：異動スキームを活用した人材配置最適化策の企画
• Talent Management：グループ横断の人材交流、人材育成を促進するプラットフォームの企画・運用

Requirements

必須条件：※以下のいずれかのご経験

• 人事業務にて新たな取り組みを企画・実行したことがある経験
• 人事関連のコンサルティングの経験

歓迎条件

• 英語力（読み書き＋コールでの基礎的なやり取り）
