Responsibilities

グループ全体のエンジニア採用を担当いただきます。同社の技術組織は、70を超える国籍のメンバーで構成される真にグローバルな組織です。そのため、採用活動も世界規模で展開しています。主な業務内容:

• 部門責任者、HRBP、採用マネージャーと協力し、現在および将来の採用ニーズを理解し、優秀な人材を惹きつけるための効果的な採用戦略の策定
• ダイレクトリクルーティングの推進（候補者ソーシング、スカウト活動）
• リファラル採用の推進
• エージェント／ベンダーマネジメント
• 採用イベントの企画、実行（国内外）
• 採用広報媒体の企画、掲載（国内外）
• 採用ブランディングの企画、実行（採用ウェブサイト、SNS、ノベルティなど）

Requirements

必須条件:

• 社会人経験5年以上、うちエンジニア採用またはIT関連業務経験3年以上
• ビジネスレベルのPCスキル（Excel、PowerPoint）

歓迎条件:

• 日本のテック業界での社内リクルーター経験があれば理想的ですが、強力な採用バックグラウンドをお持ちの方
• 同社内のプロダクトやサービスに対する深い理解
