Responsibilities

• 連結予算管理、連結業績予想、中長期のFS予想の作成（IFRS）
• その他財務・非財務の計数を用いた経営意思決定支援
• 全社リスク管理（リスク評価と対応、リスク管理委員会の主催）
• 経理業務（開示資料作成、IR対応支援）も一部兼任の可能性あり

Requirements

必須条件:

• 事業会社での経理業務の経験
• エネルギー業界、脱炭素に向けた事業への関心
• 他部署も含め、社内を巻き込んで業務を推進する姿勢
• 英文メールの読み書き、英語での資料作成

歓迎条件:

• システム導入または業務プロセス設計・改善の経験
• 事業会社での予算業務の経験
