Responsibilities

• 内部監査計画に基づく定例監査／会計監査／業務監査 全般
• グループ子会社の定例監査
• 内部統制（J-SOX）監査
• 監査役との連携
• ガバナンス構築、PMIの支援

Requirements

必須条件:

• 事業会社または監査法人等でので内部監査、内部統制（J-SOX対応等）関連の業務経験
• 在外子会社における内部統制の業務経験
• 英語力（ビジネスレベル以上を想定）

歓迎条件:

• CIA、CISA、CPA等、監査に関連する資格をお持ちの方
• 組織づくりやマネジメントに関する経験をお持ちの方
• 海外駐在経験
