Responsibilities

IR本部において、投資家・株主との戦略的コミュニケーションをリードする立場で、企業価値向上に資する情報発信・対話を推進する役割を担っていただきます。また、経営幹部との定期的な答申、社内関係部門との連携を通じて、資本市場と会社をつなぐIR活動の高度化を企画・推進していただきます。本ポジションでは、IRにおけるメッセージ戦略をお任せします。

• 投資家との定期的な対話（面談対応）
• 株主・投資家からのFBをもとに、効果的な経営戦略のメッセージング層への戦略的提案
• 財務・事業戦略に関する社内関係部門との連携(メッセージング観点)
• 統合報告書、IR資料、Investor Day、CEOメッセージなどの企画・原稿監修

Requirements

必須条件:

• IRもしくは事業企画や経営企画として、経営層向けプレゼンや提案のご経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力(TOEIC(R)900点程度)

歓迎条件:

• 2～3名以上のリーダーもしくはマネジメント経験
