Responsibilities

• 投資家との定期的な対話（面談対応）
• 新規投資家の開拓活動
• IR戦略の立案・実行、及びグローバルIR活動の推進
• 株主・投資家との対話を通じた資本市場フィードバックの収集、及び経営幹部向け資料の検討
• 投資家向け説明会（決算説明会、Investor Day、個別ミーティング/イベント等）の企画・運営

Requirements

必須条件：

• 下記いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方
• IR(スピーカー、ターゲティング)
• 証券会社コーポレートアクセス/セールス
• セルサイド/バイサイドアナリスト
• ビジネスレベルの英語力(TOEIC(R)900点程度)

歓迎条件：

• 2～3名以上のリーダーもしくはマネジメント経験
