Responsibilities

自社の設備の保全／メンテナンスの業務をお任せします。【具体的には】

• 新製品またはプロセスのパイロット生産ラインの設計、セットアップ、試運転の主導
• 機器要件の指定、必要なコンポーネントの調達、製造システムの設置と統合の監督
• パイロット生産作業のための標準作業手順 (SOP)、安全プロトコル、および品質管理措置を開発および実装
• 機器のパフォーマンス監視、トラブルシューティング、生産性を維持対応
• 品質管理手順の確立と維持、製品の検査とテストの実施、不適合の文書化 等

Requirements

必須条件:

• 理化学系のバックグラウンドをお持ちの方
• 生産設備のメンテナンス／保守業務経験
• 英語ビジネスレベル(英語でのメール／レポート提出、ドイツとのやり取り等）

歓迎条件:

• めっき業界経験（パイロットライン）があれば尚可
