Responsibilities

メンバーマネジメントに加えて、SDV全体戦略に基づき、下記のような業務をお任せいたします。【クロスドメインな統合技術戦略の構築】

• 世界各社の市場調査（競合分析、最新技術動向等）
• 他社競争力踏まえた技術戦略の立案・検証評価
• 目標値の策定・KPI管理

【知能化領域においての戦略構築】

• 市場分析・予測（ニーズ分析、競合分析、最新技術動向等）
• 商品性・コスト・性能・機能等の競争力踏まえ、適用する技術戦略の立案
• 目標値の策定・KPI管理

※いずれの領域もグローバルを対象とした業務ですが、北米拠点を中心にとした海外拠点メンバや、開発部門含めた関連各所と緊密に連携推進していきます。

Requirements

必須条件:※メンバーマネジメント経験に加え以下いずれかをお持ちの方

• 機械学習技術の開発経験
• 認識技術の開発経験
• 行動計画、強化学習などの開発経験
• 生成AI、LLM、自然言語処理（NLP）を活用した開発経験
• データ処理技術の開発経験
• AI関連ソフトウェアの企画／開発の実務経験
• クラウドシステム基盤の構築、運用経験

歓迎条件:

• 統計解析、多変量解析といった統計技術に関する基礎知識または実務経験
• 目標KPIの設定の経験
• 他競争力評価の実施経験
