Responsibilities

SDV全体戦略に基づき、下記のような業務をお任せいたします。【クロスドメインな統合技術戦略の構築】

• 世界各社の市場調査（競合分析、最新技術動向等）
• 他社競争力踏まえた技術戦略の立案・検証評価
• 目標値の策定・KPI管理

【ご自身の強み領域（例：AD/ADAS技術）においての戦略構築】

• 市場分析・予測（ニーズ分析、競合分析、最新技術動向等）
• 商品性・コスト・性能・機能等の競争力踏まえ、適用する技術戦略の立案
• 目標値の策定・KPI管理

※いずれの領域もグローバルを対象とした業務ですが、北米拠点を中心にとした海外拠点メンバや、開発部門含めた関連各所と緊密に連携推進していきます。

Requirements

必須条件:

• 自動車ソフトウェア、組み込みソフト、制御部品の企画・開発の業務における連続3年以上の実務経験
• 社内外の関係各所との合意形成が可能なコミュニケーションスキル

歓迎条件:

• 自動車OEM、自動車関連企業においてIoT系の開発を手掛けているメーカーで開発の経験
• 新規事業開発における顧客理解、事業企画、技術開発における3年以上の実務経験
• 電子機器、IOT、デジタル製品の戦略企画
• 起業、スタートアップでの事業化、新規事業担当としての海外駐在のいずれかの経験
