Responsibilities

• メンバーマネジメントに加えて、SDV全体戦略に基づき、下記のような業務をお任せいたします。

＜クロスドメインな統合技術戦略の構築＞

• 世界各社の市場調査（競合分析、最新技術動向等）
• 他社競争力踏まえた技術戦略の立案・検証評価
• 目標値の策定・KPI管理

＜知能化領域においての戦略構築＞

• 市場分析・予測（ニーズ分析、競合分析、最新技術動向等）
• 商品性・コスト・性能・機能等の競争力踏まえ、適用する技術戦略の立案
• 目標値の策定・KPI管理

※いずれの領域もグローバルを対象とした業務ですが、北米拠点を中心にとした海外拠点メンバや、開発部門含めた関連各所と緊密に連携推進していきます。その他業務例:※ご経験／スキルに合わせ詳細業務を決定します。AIエンジニアとして、下記いずれかの業務をお任せいたします:

• 機械学習のモデル構築
• 部門を跨いだクルマ一台分の技術整合や、役員との技術戦略のディスカッション
• 物体認識、画像認識、走路認識などの認識アルゴリズム構築
• 認識情報に応じた行動計画アルゴリズム構築
• 構築したアルゴリズムのデバイス実装
• ドライバー状態、車内空間認識技術の開発
• 各種データ収集およびデータマイニング技術の開発
• 生成AIを活用した新サービスの開発
• MLOps、自動テストなどの開発環境の構築
• AI技術のトレンド調査、技術評価、お客様のニーズ調査
• SDVコア技術を活用したデジタルプロダクトの技術企画
• ペット向けデジタルサービスの企画
• AIエージェントを活用した、モビリティサービスの技術企画

Requirements

メンバーマネジメント経験に加え以下いずれかをお持ちの方:

• 機械学習技術の開発経験
• 認識技術の開発経験
• 行動計画、強化学習などの開発経験
• 生成AI、LLM、自然言語処理（NLP）を活用した開発経験
• データ処理技術の開発経験
• AI関連ソフトウェアの企画／開発の実務経験
• クラウドシステム基盤の構築、運用経験

歓迎条件:

• 統計解析、多変量解析といった統計技術に関する基礎知識または実務経験
• 目標KPIの設定の経験
• 他競争力評価の実施経験
