Responsibilities

• 研究開発現場の実験自動化とデータ駆動型研究基盤の構築を推進します。
• Python等を用いた装置制御・データ連携・解析自動化システムの設計・実装・運用を担当。生成AIなど新技術も活用し、研究業務の効率化・高度化を実現します。

お任せしたい業務:

• 研究開発現場の課題を理解し、実験のオートメーション化とデータ駆動型研究基盤の整備を推進していただきます。
• Python等を用いた装置制御・データ連携・解析自動化などのシステム設計・開発・運用を中心に、研究員が活用しやすい環境づくりを担っていただきます。また、生成AIなどの新しいデジタル技術を活用し、研究業務の効率化・知識化も進めていただきます。
• 部内のメンバーと連携し、自社で開発した仕組みを社内に展開するなど、ラボDX推進の中核メンバーとしての活躍を期待します。

出張(国内/海外):

• 国内出張が中心で、社内に加え、大学・研究機関・機器メーカーなどとの連携先への出張があります。また、海外事業部や企業との共同テーマがある場合は、海外出張の可能性もあります。

Requirements

• Python等によるプログラム開発経験（自動化、制御、解析などの実務経験）
• 実験装置や計測機器の制御、データ取得・処理の知識
• 研究現場の課題を理解し、仕組みを設計・改善できる力
• 英語力（目安：（R）テスト600点以上相当レベル）

• 生成AIやデータ基盤構築の経験
• Linux環境での開発経験
• 研究開発支援システムや自動化技術の社内展開・教育に関わった経験
