Company overview

We are a Japan-based startup engaged in the space-related business. Our main business is providing solutions utilizing small satellite technology, and we also have a wide range of operations including satellite design, manufacturing, launch, and operation. By deploying satellite solutions necessary for conducting business in space, we aim to build new social infrastructure and ecosystems. We are an extremely unique organization globally in the sense that we can seamlessly handle everything from satellite development to launch and data utilization in-house.

Responsibilities

経理・財務ユニットに所属し、決算業務を取りまとめ、各種開示書類の作成及び作成プロセスの構築・文書化、会計処理の検討や監査法人対応を、ユニットメンバーや関連する役員・部署とも連携を取りながら担当していただきます。将来的には幅広くお任せしたいと思っています。

• 年次・四半期決算における開示資料の作成担当
• 仕訳入力、伝票起票、請求書発行、経費精算などの日次経理業務
• 月次決算補助業務（各種帳票の整理、勘定科目残高のチェックなど）
• 内部統制関連業務（3点セット作成・運用／評価業務補助）
• 銀行取引・通帳記帳・振込データ作成
• 監査法人対応
• チーム内外との会議参加や情報共有サポート

Requirements

必須条件:

• 経理実務経験1年以上（会計事務所や事業会社問わず）

歓迎条件:

• 上場会社の経理もしくは監査法人における開示関連業務
•  会計/内部統制監査の対応もしくは実務経験
•  日商簿記2級程度の知識
•  ITツール（Google Workspaceや会計ソフトなど）に抵抗がなく、柔軟に対応できる方
•  英語に抵抗感がない方
