Responsibilities

トランスポーテーション部門における新たな新規投資分野の立案・実行を推進するメンバーとして、ご担当頂きます。業務概要:

新規事業投資、新規ビジネス立上げ

将来的な新規事業投資に資するファンド等への純投資

１. で投資した会社のPMI含む経営管理

具体的な業務:

• M&A、マイノリティー出資、ファンド出資含む新規投資のソーシングからクロージング（DD, バリュエーション作成、プランニング、PMI計画策定、プロジェクト関連各部の調整業務等）までをチームのコアメンバーまたはメンバーの一人としてM&Aに必要な広域な業務に従事。
• 海外出張を通し事業パートナー、その他ステークホルダーとの関係を構築し、新規事業の開拓を行う。案件推進にあたり社内関連部署との協働推進。

Requirements

必須条件:

• 海外ビジネスでのM&Aや新規ビジネス立上げへの強い関心と経験
• 国内/社内外を問わず意欲的にカウンターと密なコミュニケーションを取れる能力、意欲
• ビジネス英語力TOEIC 800点以上（読み書きを前提とするコミュニケーション能力かそれ以上）

歓迎条件:

• M&A、新規事業立ち上げ、または投資関連業務に関する実務経験
• プロジェクト/マネジメントもしくはチームリーディング経験
• 経営情報、財務情報の収集/分析/活用に関する知識/経験
