Responsibilities

セラミック部材のインサイドセールス(営業アシスタント業務)をお任せいたします。（国内・海外双方のやり取りあり）受注、納期対応、製品出荷、入金までのフォローを主に実施いただきます。①オーダーインプット（入力処理、リスト規制品については管理票の起票）②海外：輸出書類作成（入力処理　Invoice・P/L等通関書類の作成、輸出依頼とBOOKING、貨物保険の付保）③売上管理（売上処理）④入金管理（入金処理）⑤各種データ集計・管理（未納表作成と送付）⑥その他（各種書類のファイリング、電子ファイリング、書類郵送）

Requirements

必須条件:

• 英語を使ってのコミュニケーション能力(メール/会話, 目安:TOEIC 700 点以上)
• 輸出書類作成、貿易実務経験
• MS:Outlook、Word、Excel、PPTが適度に使えること

歓迎条件:

• メーカー、船積業者での勤務経験
• 外資系企業での勤務経験
• 社内折衝経験（社内の様々な部門並びに現地営業含め、様々な人との関わりがある業務のため)
