We specialize in the manufacture and sale of automotive plastic parts. In particular, our main products are fuel system connection parts. These products are used to connect gasoline hoses and have the features of easy insertion and hard disconnection. Responsibilities

顧客の技術的ニーズを把握し、製品開発に反映

R&Dプロジェクトの企画・推進（構想〜量産化まで）

グローバルおよびローカルチームと連携した技術戦略の策定・実行

営業・品質・生産など他部門との連携による開発成果の事業化支援

顧客訪問時の技術的サポートおよび提案活動

R&Dエンジニアのマネジメントと育成

R&D業務プロセスの最適化と標準化の推進

グローバルR&Dネットワークとの連携による技術共有と協業

プロジェクトの進捗・成果をマネジメント層へ報告

Requirements

【必須(MUST)】

• 製品開発プロセスに関する深い理解と実務経験
• ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語力

【歓迎(WANT)】

• 機械・電気・材料などの工学系分野での学士号以上
• 自動車業界での経験や業界標準への理解（尚可）
• CADやシミュレーションツールの使用経験（尚可）
