Company overview

We develop, manufacture, and sell steering products, including mechanical components, electrical and electronic products (ECUs, motors, sensors), and software. Our main focus is on electric power steering (EPS), a crucial component that enables one of the three major functions of automobiles: "steering." We design and manufacture EPS systems, providing them to domestic and international automotive manufacturers. In addition to meeting customer demands, we also engage in product development to support advanced driver assistance systems and autonomous driving capabilities. We strive to improve functionality, usability, quality, and safety in our products.

Responsibilities

• 月次、年次決算業務
• 連結決算業務（IFRS）
• ガバナンス強化のための内部統制対応
• 会社法監査、税務調査対応
• 単体、連結の決算業務に加え、海外子会社管理、銀行折衝等をお任せします。

Requirements

＜業界未経験歓迎＞

• 事業会社での経理経験15年以上
• マネジメント経験をお持ちの方
• 語学　英語中級

歓迎条件:

• TOEIC(R)700点以上の英語力
